Cambridge Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction

Transforming infrastructure through smarter information

This event aims to broaden the horizons of A-Level students and encourage them to consider a technical career path in industries they may not have been previously exposed to.  A range of talks, activities and demonstrations are planned together with challenging hands-on engineering workshops.  The focus of the programme will be 'educational but fun' and take place in the impressive Imperial War Museum of engineering at Duxford.  Young people will be given the chance to speak with engineering employers and it is expected will come away with a greater knowledge and enthusiasm for engineering.
