Following the success of the symposium last month the Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction recently hosted the first of two strategic roadmapping workshops. The full day event, held at Homerton Conference Centre, involved both industry and academic partners and was facilitated by Dominic Oughton and Steve Mann of IfM-ECS.
The roadmapping workshops are intended to draw on the collective expertise of contributors to establish the scope and direction of Centre activities and ultimately help identify and prioritise core work programmes.
The workshop received valuable input, both from partners who attended the workshop and those who submitted pre-work contributions. The roadmapping process will continue with a second workshop to be held in July.
