We are pleased to announce that Lord Robert Mair CBE, emeritus  Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Cambridge and founder of the Cambridge Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction (CSIC), has been appointed as the new Chair of the House of Lords Select Committee on Science and Technology.
