Cambridge Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction

Transforming infrastructure through smarter information

On 26 February, CSIC was delighted to host DARe Hub’s Work Package 3 (WP3) workshop.

One of the major aspects of DARe Hub's work is the development of a decision support framework (DSF) for managing transport infrastructure systems.

This is intended to assist all those involved in the delivery, management and operation of transport assets in making decisions which include considerations of resilience, adaptation and achieving net zero alongside cost, performance and safety.

This workshop brought together the team working on the DSF to explore in detail how decision-makers might navigate the framework in the context of real-world decisions, highlighting areas for further development and enhancement of the framework over the coming months.
