The BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals will be serving an ICE 200 celebratory dinner this evening (Thursday 7 December, 8pm, BBC2) which will feature the Head of CSIC and ICE President Professor Lord Robert Mair. The competing chefs were tasked with creating a menu for the ICE President and his guests at the Institution's Grade ll listed headquarters in London. Read more.
