CSIC Investigator awarded Innovate UK funding for smart solution to improve asset management decision-making through end-user participation

A collaborative project that presents a digital approach to the way assets owned, managed and used by different parties are monitored and maintained has secured £677,000 in funding from Innovate UK.

Bella Nguyen, former PhD student at the Laing O’Rourke Centre (LOR Centre) for Construction Information Technology (CIT) Laboratory at the University of Cambridge, and Ioannis Brilakis, CSIC Investigator and Reader at the LOR Centre, have been presented the prestigious 2018 John O. Bickel Award at the Construction Research Congress in New Orleans.
